Ideally located (near national stadium), but is this place doing a work which can be done at this centrally located, enormous piece of land? If no.. Then I am sure.. This land will soon be taken over (legally or illegally) by the land mafia.. If this cannot serve to it's full potential for welfare of games; then instead of giving it to any shopping plaza mafia.. It should be given to health sector like the nearby & trustworthy AKUH or LNH. Or to provincial health department for a much needed cancer hospital where the students & doctors of the above mentioned nearby private hospitals should be allowed to attend the clinics in that government set up. Or a partial out sourcing can be done. This will make it an exemplary Health Block here, in Karachi.

This place is perfect for people who want to actively live an athletic lifestyle. It has a perfect 400m running track of international standard. It opens up early morning at 5 and closes at 10pm. I can safely say this is one of the best places in Karachi for jogging and running. The best part is that it is free of cost. There is ample of parking here. It is easily accessible for people living in Gulshan bahaduabad and sharfabad areas. Highly recommended for people wanted to start walk and jogging. If you are coming at sunset make sure you wear some mosquito repellent.

At least we have a facility where you dont have to pay for any kind of activity. Good for running as proper track is there. Nice and maintained grass ground fill the need of playing ground games i.e. football etc.
