Hospital ???? it shouldn't be called it's a hotel and hospital I have been to many countries hospitals but it lack ethic of hospital in my opinon it may differ to others

Multiple mishaps at multiple occasions. Nothing something you would want in your local hospital

First of all, I wish speedy recovery to all the patients who come here or go to any other hospital. Doctors and staff (at least those that I interacted with) of National Hospital (DHA) are good and deserve four stars rating however management and operations of this hospital is a one star (or lower) offering. They have created classes in the hospital also (I thought we left that when we got independence from British rulers) and there is a VIP block, VIP rooms, Wi-Fi for VIP's only and even elevators only for VIPs (really? an elevator for only VIPs while others have to wait... and that too in the hospital?) and then there is everybody else. I guess in the eyes of this hospital 's management, VIPs are getting VIP medical problems that require VIP elevator also. Not sure how healthcare got associated with a VIP culture but I am darn sure proud (ex) colonels running this place can do a better job. It could have been an exceptional medical facility concentrating on the well being of its patients but they chose to make money over providing service. You can't blame these ex-colonels also because they went through the system that teaches them to be an officer who salutes a senior and yells at subordinate to get things done, not a passionate manager and healthcare provider.

One of the best hospital. They treat you with great sensitivity and try to serve you with their amazing services. National Hospital provides you neat & clean atmosphere. Reliable doctors are there for you and staff is also very cooperative.

Although the building is very artistic, one may have the perception that it is a purpose built hospital but I had multiple bad experiences here and not only me there are a lot of cases of doctors being prejudice about some one's outlook and asking him about financial affordability. That is something very non-professional. They just talk about money and try to be sissy in order to show themselves as some kind of arts professionals. I think the whole impact of this so called carelessness and artistic outlook is because of the owner's partner, who is a fashion designer.

Excellent hospital with very eye catching and clean environment. Huge range of departments and faculty. Doctors are competitive. Spacious parking area.

It is a big hospital of Lahore.. the building is artistic.. staff behaviour is freindly and they guide very well... The atmosphere is neat and clean, thats why i recommend this hospital for needy people..

My wife was admitted few days back, this hospital has competent staff and excellent services. Beautiful environment. Recommended
