An excellent hospital with a very bad experience. 1. Well qualified Doctors serving people brilliantly but without guiding attendants and patients. 2. There is a lack of guidance and communication in means of patient wants to know what process they r going to face for getting health. 2. professional nursing staff with unprofessional attitude and behaviour. 3. Last but not least there is a huge security breach marking question on security. Put money in security staff hands then they allowed even drunk people to go wherever they want.

The largest child health institute in karachi and the worst in terms of cleanliness, patient care, attendant care, staff is rude to its core, from guards to paramedics they all need bribe to let you give you your righteous favor. Badly managed. No proper parking available for patients. Almost inhumane behavior of staff with patients and their attendants. NICU has pathetic conditions. A friend saw patients attendants brought black chicken in NICU for 'nazar' of infants.
