It's a good housing society located near the Rawat bus stop on GT Road. Prices of plots are lesser than those òf PAEC Employee Housing Society. All facilities such as water electricity sui gas and a medium shopping market are available here.

Nice housing society in rawat. Good facilities for local people. But prices of plots are high. Many

Nice housing society in rawat. Good facilities for local people. But prices of plots are high. Many people shifted from Rawalpindi to this area as it is free of rush and it's calm and green. Little bit security is also available as security staff is always there but less in numbers, market is available in society and there are petrol pump , save Mart grocery store and shipping mall is near to this society and some private hospital are also in the way to Rawalpindi.
