Reasonably maintained. Satisfactory ambience. Staff is OK and need a bit of training in handling customers. Heard about its good reputation previously but now I suppose their standards are declining. Parking is available outside. Standard of their hotel rooms is not known. Usmania is preferred in case one is looking for a comparison.
