I went to this establishment with the intent to get a simple hair cut. What I recieved was first class. Not only was the cut A1... The customer service was outstanding. Upon entry I was offered a broad array of beverages I was treated like part of a family. The only other place I've been to to get a hair cut that was to this standard was Tony and Guy. Thank you neem tree.

Visited for the first time, had gone upon being recommended by a trusted source. The experience wasn't really overwhelming as I'd anticipated. The cabins were nice but didn't have attached showers and the toilets were in pretty bad shape. Also, the staff made a mix up regarding my payment and their behaviour wasn't as it should've been at a luxury spa. Wouldn't consider a second visit.
