The New Airport is merely 20 minutes’ drive and Zero Point, F-10 is 30 minutes’ drive. This covenient location was selected due to its clean and pollution free enviornment to entertain people coming into Islamabad from abroad or other part of the country. The view from the sector is spectacularly breath taking and mesmerizing. The location allows New City Arcade to be away from the city and yet so close to it.

Commercial Area Rates are Much Much High I don't know where they will bring customers for all 200 shops as there is no more gathering in Pizza Hut and Burger King so There is so dangerous to invest in commercial specially.. As a minimum rent is 70,000 per marla shop (250/sft) so who will earn 200,000 from these shops to afford these high rent.. Only common area charges is 19000 per marla (70/sft) which is so high even it will be not justify in peak Summer season so winter when no need AC why this high common area charges.. So management should think about this.. Residential is Perfect and so safe and price also going high and good place to live on..
