Pathetic travel agency and very bad experience. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES! They are cheating the people in this pandemic situation. Its a Fraud agency.. My friend already filed the compliant. Its a scam and please everyone try to avoid this. They will hold your money and wont return it back.

Extremely unprofessional. Be very careful booking with this agent. They are not reliable. You are better off booking directly with the airline. I am not even sure they are authorized agents and I have heard strange stories about them not honoring deals and refunds to customers. Absolutely stay away!!

I bought my parents return business class ticket through their travel agent Umair Khan. We paid 9 lac and 20 thousand rupees. Without informing us, the agency has cancelled our ticket and kept the refund. Now they are putting the blame on Umair who is in police custody. My parents are stuck in UK with no return ticket. The travel agency is neither refunding money nor adjusting tickets. I will call them the most corrupt and bandits. The agency has done this kind of fraud with our friends as well when they cancelled their return ticket and refuse to give back 2 lac rupees. The agency is claiming that umair has took away their money as well. I want to ask why they are keeping these agents and issuing tickets for them. This agency is nothing but agency of fraud people.
