Went for breakfast. Nice spacious place. Courteous and attentive staff. Fairly quick service. Menu was diverse and the breakfast was really good. Coffee wasn't impressive and the music was a bit loud. Will definitely visit again

The service is not too fast for a coffee shop and the food takes some time to prepare but they have delicious food and good coffee and drinks. Basically a good restraunt for breakfast lunch and dinner. But ok service.

Good ambiance good caramelato coffee I had however the music was pathetic. Only one song was on that was put on replay all the time over and over again. Considering I went on a Sunday comfort for customers should have been a high priority.

I am a regular at New York Coffee and often order food from the restaurant. I love their attention to detail in food presentation. Food is always wonderful. Service is smooth. Best all day breakfast place in Karachi. Highly recommended.

Went there yesterday with the family for lunch. Ordered the fajita chicken, Moroccan chicken, pepperoni pizza, and red velvet pancakes with white chocolate sauce. The chicken fajita was excellent, the best I've tasted anywhere. Full marks! The pizza was about average, which is good because a large number of eateries are serving very good pizzas. So good pizza. Unfortunately from there the experience took a turn. Although the pancakes were tasty it was shocking to see that instead of white chocolate sauce as described by the menu, confirmed and then reconfirmed by the waiter, we were served condensed milk! That's just insulting to customers. Be honest! The Moroccan chicken, unfortunately,I was all-out disaster: dry and overcooked chicken breast slobbered with a greasy cream dressing, inedible underdone veggies with no dressing or seasoning accompanied with a tiny mound of stale, microwaved brown rice. Yes, I consumed it all but was not at all happy with my dish. Furthermore, one of the waiters kept pestering me to write a favorable review on Facebook. He did that on at least two separate occasions which was not at all appreciated. It should be left up to your patrons to write a review, favorable or otherwise. I don't mean to write a scathing review just for cheap thrills. I do believe New York Coffee can do better and I have had very good experiences in the past. Hopefully we can get back to our regular good service and food. Sooner rather than later.
