I am from Toronto and was visiting lahore. I came for a facial and some waxing. The people were very nice but I found the owner to be very rude and had a very bad attitude towards customers I mean I paid 30000 rupees in one day. But she was not appreciative or welcoming and honestly I just went to maram and abroo and i was treated much better. Atleast respect nehi de sakti to insult to na karo. The staff was nice and had skills but I will definitely not be recommending their services for facials. I didn't feel relaxed and i felt like I was being rushed. Literally jaise koi mere peeche para hua hai. And this is service with appointment . The clean up was very bad, my ears had so much residue from the facial for weeks.

I had to get my bridal makeup from here and we payed all their ridiculous prices and got the best and most expensive package offered by them but sorry to say I found the staff and people there unprofessional. They made me wait alot and gave me a foundation which was too light for my skin. The final makeup artist who completed the makeup was pretty good so the overall look was not completely destroyed but overall I was really disappointed by their attitude and indifference. They use low quality makeup, eyeshades etc were literally broken, poor quality lipsticks and the sponges I'm sure were unhygienic too because the next day I got facial swelling and redness. All the time I was there I felt like I was being ripped off. Really disappointed overall by the makeup and the overall service. The photographer that they have is really good and the eventual photoalbum that I got was pretty great so five stars for photography

Do not recommend for manicures. The girl was inexperienced and untrained (or just in a hurry). Pushed the cuticles so roughly that I got a cut that bled throughout the manicure. And the nail paint application is uneven and half hearted. It is the management's job to train the employees fully. Overall a very awkward and non-relaxing experience.

Staff is vry rude.nd no importance of bride.mera function evening ka tha inho na mjay 3 bjay ready kr k bitha deya.nd in the tym of function i was full tired.my photo shoot iz also effected.
