I’ve stayed here over 8 times and I never had a problem with anything, altho never had the breakfast. In my first trip the bed sheet had stains on them once, I told them ans they changed it right away and gave me fresh sheets. I’ve stayed in 3 different rooms, the single down stairs, the duo upstairs and the quad family room. And they were perfect the duo and the quad has an attached balcony. The quad is the best deal, the price is like no other and you’re absolutely getting what you paid for.

Third class Service. It's in private property prohibited by interior ministry to accept paying guests so when you want a room their they refused to accept that it's a guest house. Neighbours confirm that it is guest house. If you refuse to offer rooms to guest then why you advertise it on net.

I stayed in double room with family that was comfortable and clean. Staff was a bit rude. But the old man, the owner I guess, was bossy but a gentleman. Meals was too expensive. They served tea in "coffee" cups @ Rs. 75/ cup. I would call it miser. Too miser to ask us to put off even the saver lights ( even if they saved much on a.c. because the weather was cool enough ). They had the cctv system, too comprehensive for a little buildig, which made me a little apprehensive about them watching us in the room even. They didn't care not to make noise right at my room door late at night (actually they were bargaining with another customer for the room). Finally they didn't give me the receipt on checkout.
