The good thing was they offered me to open up saloon before the regular timing without extra charges but they dont use original toppic hair fibers for styling which was hard to believe because they charge more than Toni and Guy. Also makeup and facial was satisfactory Hair stylists requires a lot of direction from the client but that is normal. Overall experience: Satisfactory Would I avail their services again? Not really, would prefer Toni and Guy

Barber was overconfident. Training about how to communicate with clients can definitely help. At such a high price point, such things become important. The professionalism of the haircut was good.
