Very incompetent doctors and staff....drs.and nurses are against each other..they do not agree with each others diagnoses.Had two life threatening mishaps with our patient in both their branches. One was the wrong pricking of needle by their nurse and hiding the evidence. No action was taken. As far as the faciity is concerned, only first floor is clean. From second floor you will see cats and cockroaches ...yes roaches on their floor even in their private and semi private room. Semi private for 5000 rs and private for rs. 8000 is a huge amount for one day which a patient pays but no cleanliness. If you ask them to clean, the staff goes against you. If you ask the doctor any question he will start scolding you. For admitted patient, every time u get to meet a new doc who says something else and donot agree with the previous one and will blame the patient's family. Especially beware of dr. Waseem on this..very rude doc.

only ground floor is kept attractive for patients. guards,staffs and management is extremely poor.esp day time staff and guards. zero coordination between two campuses, any two floors and amongst drs. drs are world renouned but only research skills doesnt prove a drs competitiveness success rate also matters. totally unhygenic rooms and canteen whuch provides food for the patients as well.ull get asthima from the amount of roaches there. they have isolated ward which they claim to be clean.but whats the point of paying one lac per week and no cleanliness if u want to get isolated u pay extra.like extra chgs for cleanliness. oh and they have a pet cat too.which can jump through the window at night, or crawl in if doors remains open. duplication of products in billing.cuz of staffs mistake. and for relief fund u have to have a ministers reference its not for everyone.

Review

Doctors are good. But the staff is not cooperative. Not for Poor people. Very expensive. Many things need to improve. Hospital should not be the business point.
