Nobody pick phone, so provide the number where we can contact and representative attend the phone. Although my postman gives me parcel at home but he's on official leave so nobody delivering my parcels and picking phone. I doubt only one man doing job what are other representatives doing?

Note - I originally gave two stars reducing it to one as the documents posted via them never reached the destination. The lady at Counter 1 was indeed of some help with regards to the different types of services offered. I initially arrived at Counter 5 clearly marked for mail/postage. Apparently, the shift was about to change and no-one was apparently interested in dealing with customer queries. The lady directed me to Counter 6. The guy at the counter showed as if he was extremely busy in something on the computer and I had to draw his attention after a 10 minute wait. He directed me to Counter 2 to get a token. The lady at Counter 2 directed me again to the same guy who finally realised that I did not need a token but still directed me to the same lady. The lady then asked me to get a copy of my CNIC as a requirement of postage where the nearest photocopier was at SSUET. Luckily, my father was outside and had a copy of his CNIC. When we came back, the shift had changed and the new gentlemen were a lot more helpful. It was then that I realised that a copy of CNIC was not required for registered posts. The only two things that I can then presume are, either the lady actually was in a hurry to go home and did not want me to "waste" her time so hushed me away OR the guys in the new shift were lazy/ill-informed. Nonetheless, I've never seen such a shame of an organisation in my life. They should at least be trained to have some courtesy to deal with customers. May be people are truthful when they say that the majority of these individuals are politically recruited and know nothing about their job responsibilities.
