We had one test which the telephone operator was not able to understand. Last moment when the guy ca

We had one test which the telephone operator was not able to understand. Last moment when the guy came to collect blood she gave phone to senior who could identify the correct test. After confirmation on call to add it in the test.. They didn't add it in real and they just stopped receiving my calls. So for one call I again have to give blood. Very very bad service.. Pls avoid this lab
