The NL store in abbottabad is way better than the ones in big cities. It has three floor and the staff is mostly courteous apart from this one guy whose name slipped my mind now. So if you want to shop NL you can totally go there, without any reservations.

Excellent nationwide franchise with outstanding products, bearing the hallmark and high repute of the Nishat Group Ltd. The Abbottabad shop is also very high quality and worth the somewhat higher prices. Their ladies clothing and bed linen are very good and towelling items are exceptional value. The staff are polite and efficient compared to most other similar shops here and it's always a pleasure to browse through their wares. They also have useful updates and catalogues and offer discount cards to regular customers.
