They are over charging. I bought notes for peads which normally cost around Rs. 200 but the shopkeep

They are over charging. I bought notes for peads which normally cost around Rs. 200 but the shopkeeper charged me Rs. 350, not only this he was reluctant to put paid stamp on the bill. The thing is he might have gotten away with my Rs. 150 this time but has lost a customer forever and future potential customers who might be viewing my post.
