Poor customer services, no body cares to pick up the provided phone number and most of the times the

Poor customer services, no body cares to pick up the provided phone number and most of the times the line isn't working. Weak response from the front desk staff who is like forced in slavery to do this job. It took more than a half hour just to get a single pack of medicine.(imagine) Exactly the kind of environment you get in a government office.
