ONH is considered to be the best hospital in Mianwali but in reality, it does not meet up to its reputation. My Wife got admitted for a c-section on August 12, 2022, at 9:00 AM. Approximately, an hour later, she was in the operation theater. The power went out during the surgery and ONH'S light backup system took 2-3 minutes to restore. During this time there was a complete blackout, and even the operation theater too did not have light. My wife's body was under the influence of drugs (for pain), but she was completely conscious; listening & understanding everything that was said in the room. She heard doctors talking about, they made some mistake & one female doctor was saying that it was not her fault, it was due to a power blackout. Also, Before surgery, She was not provided with a hospital gown (for the surgery) All of her clothes were soaked with amniotic fluid, blood, and vomit. At one moment (during the surgery) when she was vomiting, no one took care of her. One of the female supporting staff was saying in a purely unprofessional & rude manner "پتا نہیں کتنا ٹھونس کے آئی ہے " It was like they were considering the patient on the operating table as an object, not as a human. Some of the ONH's staff is good & cooperative (only 2-3%) but most of ONH's staff is unprofessional very rude & non-cooperative. Washroom cleanliness is very poor. The number of washrooms is very much less, compared to the number of patients. There is no room/restroom for the patient attendants, who are a long way from home, and during the night they have to sleep on the gallery benches or the floor. ONH's Plus Points: 1) Latest machinery & Equipment 2) Good infrastructure 3) Health Card Support ONH's Negative points: 1) Absence of well-trained staff 2) Long Waiting hours 3) No proper system of appointments (If there is any, it is not followed) 4) Washrooms

Very bad hospital . Never recommended to go there .staff always barking on attendance. Poor hospitality .

Visited to Dr. Bilal physiotherapist in hospital. His timing is at 12:00 unfortunately I was 1st in waiting list and waited for one hour but he didn’t came and his assistance was sitting with friends and using mobile phone.I asked him he said wait outside. No proper management and office decorum. People were waiting just like animals. Requested to all avoid this hospital and I recommend to PF hospital or other private hospital.

What a third class and worst hospital.

Obaid noor is good place for private medical checkup and treatment but you should reserve token number so you don't have to wait because doctors are good there and people from different cities come here
