They don't even deserve one star! When you go in to order they take no notes about your order. When you call they rarely answer the phone. They will tell you many delivery dates but never show up. We waited around more than once, cancelling plans, for our furniture that wouldn't arrive. When it finally arrived it was all wrong. Three cabinets all done completely incorrectly. They will say they can fix it but they are so wrong it cannot be fixed. One cabinet needed three shelves (not even the design we ordered) that now two weeks later still have not arrived. We were not allowed to see the cabinets before delivery. The bed was supposed to have gems added to the tufted parts when we saw it in person it did not have them. They said they would add them and of course that changed the delivery date. This could have been avoided if they had taken notes on our order in the beginning. The bed arrives and the gems begin falling off, we realized instead of stitching them on they've GLUED them to the leather. The mirror above the dresser was supposed to be hangable not attached to the dresser of course it came attached. I wouldn't have even written a bad review if they had taken care of the problems. However, weeks later here we sit with a bed falling apart and three cabinets done incorrectly and missing shelves! They keep saying they're going to send someone to get the bed (this someone never comes) which means again I'll be without furniture due to their mistakes. The cabinets, well, I'm just out of luck they won't be fixing. All of this and you'll have to call a million times before they even answer the phone. The delivery process was no better. They attached glass to my dresser that I cannot move because the mirror is screwed down to the dresser. I told them the glass was dirty and they argued and refused to remove it and clean it. It now has so many dirty areas that I cannot even clean. Do not order from this company it's been the worst purchase we've made.

I was just roaming around and suddenly i saw this outlet store. I really loved the sofa set. And i purchased it. My whole family really likes it.
