Very poor customer service... I went to get duplicate documents of a vehicle unrealistic problems created to make process complication and difficult.... Very bad experience after 2 years I got a response from pak Suzuki official this is not less then a joke . this shows how professional and competent the company is. I am the first owner of the vehicle I applied for papers so no theft involved at leastin my senario. no dought the process is kept complicated to restrict easement for clients . don't even deserve 1 star but that's the lowest the rating goes.
