The museum closes around 7:45 pm as well as on Monday whereas monument remains open until 10 pm all around the week in summers.

Have been here once in a good afternoon. You can see whole Islamabad from here, suitable for photo hunter or view hunter. This place is on the top of hill, so don’t forget to wear suitable clothes because windy. For better view, visit it at evening when the lights are on and the monument shows itself beautifully.

The place shows the story of how pakistan was made and also at the top you can get an excellent view of the entire city .making it ideal for pictures and travel. The place also encompasses art and culture of pakistan all summed in one location.Its a good place to.visit.it is easily accessible with car and by foot.

place is good...But it's location is not right on map, that why map shows wrong directions to reach this place. Some roads are closed by government. It is best to get the direction of the museum because both are side by side. With the main building there is also museum. Which is also very nice place to visit.

Great design. But I'd recommend you to visit the site on weekdays. It's crowded on weekends, the number of people unusually high. There is an entrance fee, quite nominal. Rs. 20. You can view most of the parts, both southern and northern from there. It is a beautiful place to visit. It has a small museum that features the Pakistan Movement. The Monument represents the Four Provinces and their Union. From aerial View, it seems like a flower with a star and crescent moon at its center. The best time to visit the monument is after 4 pm so that sunset could be enjoyed. the whole city landscape is visible from the Monument. When i was there with my family .. Ac was not working AC was off ... hot day and spend 3 hours and its too hot that day ...
