No doubt government is trying its best to overcome the problems of Pakistan Post and to run this dep

No doubt government is trying its best to overcome the problems of Pakistan Post and to run this department in a better way as other private courier services, but sometimes the employees shows their negligency and do not entertain the visitors/customers. Today i have gone to this post office to send an ✉ envelop to Sanghar through UMS (Urgent Mail Service) at 0230 pm but they refused to accept the envelop and replied that we will receive this at 0300 pm. They were receiving parcels and were submiting the utility bills but me and another senior citizens waited for 20 minutes and requested, insisted again and again to collect the parcel but they refused. I also asked them about their incharge but they also remained silent and does not bothered about. Lastly I took some pictures of the office internal and external after waiting of 20 minutes and went another post office of DHA near punjab colony. That was the rude behavior of the employees. So may Allah Pak guide them all to earn Halal rozi. Ameen.
