Worst experience on token renewal!! Too many safarshee cutting lines.. staff yelling giving half information, data clerks making mistakes and instead of admitting it they were forcing customers to run between counters. Utter chaos.. I guess just another day at government office. Pathetic!!

Went to Pakistan Post for the very reason thats its a National service, the representative was rude

Went to Pakistan Post for the very reason thats its a National service, the representative was rude with a weird attitude, as if she is going out of the way and helping me with something which I’m not entitled too, like seriously is this how you treat your customers? I left instantly without saying a thing or else I would be trending with a #metoo movement. Will never ever visit again or do business with them. Highly disappointed.
