Was promised delivery of important correspondence within 2-4 weeks; it took 2-3 months. When I complained, they were making excuses as this is Pakistan yada yada yada. At least own up and acknowledge your mistakes but I guess that is asking too much. In their view, I should be glad it even arrived considering I've seen others' letters get lost...
