I visited this post office for an urgent parcel to karachi, it took approximately 45 min to book a parcel, besides the official LIED to book through UMS as it shall reach next day. I tracked through post office app which was not working obviously.Later on checking through customer care svc , i learnt it takes three days for outside cities even via urgent svc. These lies n bluffing public by govt svcs has doomed us , they are least pushed because there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY OF GOVT SERVANTS.
