I can only say for wht i have experienced. Got my hair dyed a few years back and she did an amazing job. got it done recently and new learnes were doing it under supervision and it was not a good experience at all.Not well blended. You canmot be a leaner and do professional blending. This requires experience and proper training.if i am paying that much i expect better results and better treatment. If someoneis getting balayage done experienced staff should be working on you- once sadia stepped in and took care things were fixed. If i book a stylist in another place , they see you through the whole appointment. Whereas over here i was handled by diffrent learners throught. So make sure sadia is doing your balayage. Otherwise u dont get what u asked for. Not sure about any other of their services available as havent gotten them done
