It was my second time staying here but this time it was awful compared to the pleasant experience the first time. I came in late for a business related stay at 1 am and made the mistake of extending my trust from my previous experience. I did not check everything first. They said I had to pay for parking this time, then they couldn't get the card for the room every time I had to go to my room I had someone with a master card come to open the door up for me. Staff saw me carrying slippers and said it shouldn't be needed as there would be a pair in the room but there was no pair and I felt relieved to have brought my own pair. Toilet wasn't clean, the housekeeping staff chuckled and admitted without me prompting that towel looks dirty as he came in to fix the broken toilet and tried to dry his hands. WiFi password didn't work and I just ended up using my data through the night. I was planning on staying two nights but I may just skip the complimentary breakfast and hunt for a better room. On the plus side rates are comparatively economical. Make sure you check the individual room, sheets, toilets, Internet everything and not go by your previous experience.

Review

Panoramic hotel is behind the Panarama Center. It is in the old area surrounding with old building but it is decorated well, the building is new. Buffet breakfast is available there with 4 dishes. The hotel is good but you have to be there with your all sanitary items. They only provide one big towel and locally made soap. The location is good as the major brands outlets are just outside. Anarkaki bazaar is on walking distance.

Nice building n furniture but poor maintenance and poor management, building badly closed for air. No space for open air in all room. No window opens. . Room rent at bargaining.....no room security....helper staff opens all room with master card and tried to open my room too while i was sleeping . i put glass n dustbin at door to chek and they proved my suspicion. Nominal breakfast..poor return of money.
