I visited Pantaloons first time. Since i live in defence so your shop in "The Forum" was convenient

I visited Pantaloons first time. Since i live in defence so your shop in "The Forum" was convenient for me. First of all attitude of your sales man was totally unprofessional. My waist size is 34 and accordingly i purchased a pant without physical trial. When i tried this pant at home it was very tight. I measured it physically and found its waist to be 33 instead of 34. Your sales man clearly told me there will be no return or exchange and same was stamped on receipt. But since this article deviates from stated measurements is there any possibility of exchange as it is useless for me. awaiting reply.
