A new project in Malot, Islamabad near Bharia enclave....

Looks great, and development works are going on good speed so far. Location is great.

It's Housing Society in ZONE IV Islamabad, but as per Capital Development Authority, NOC has been cancelled in 2014. Owner of this project is a well known politician.

park view is doing a very nice business they take our money and buy new land with our money and offer new land to new clients with many imaginary and false concept.many people knows what i mean. Their development is very slow. People are waiting for F block possession,J block possession and many more blocks before long and they have no answer.a society with very unprofessional staff where you will never get an answer after investing your money.

Marketing is an effective defense against competition. There strategy is only marketing. they delivered a few blocks even though none of them are fully developed. F block started with a and b block but they don't know when it will be ready for possession. Making roads is not enough to live in one place. If someone wants to buy plot my suggestion will be to buy possession ready plot otherwise you waiting time could be exponential. Good luck

Over all the Society quite nice but J-Block looks like a black sheep, a scar on the society. The have been saying for a while now about the Development to be started but so far ZERO development. This indeed raises a big Question Mark on their so called reliable and efficient delivery.
