Worst experience!! Kam chor log guard sy lyky higher staff tak saray kam chor! They can do your job in 2mins but wo ni karty They let you wait for hours!!!! Better to go executive office 100 times then this disrespect and wastage of time. If it’s in my hand surely i sue the staff but Allah have justice for everyone sooner or later.

There should be sound system for calling people and token number. A new person can not hear in normal calling due to noice and crowd.

Takes around 30-60 min to apply for new passport. You can apply only in your own ID Card residential city. First deposit the Passport Fee at authorized NBP Branch, then come to passport office. Bring Original ID Card with 2 photocopies. No help desk available so you have to ask any person in the office they will guide you the process. TCS facility is available.

I went for my passport last November, all touts have been removed, service was fast and satisfactory. However there was no one at the information desk, and secondly there must be two people at the photograph booth, taking one star out for that. TCS service is also now available so can get your passport delivered at your door step.

Very nice staff .they try to solve your problem not to create one. Best staff . No need of any agent . direct go inside office and your all problems will be solved there. Don't be fooled by any agents outside the passport office

Very bad experience. Not only man , even women staff is very rude. At token women staff speak so loudly in insulting behavior my kid got scared. Old system. Waste ur whole day. Staff Need capicity building.
