Always overcrowded due to Nadra and Passport offices located at close proximity. Agents and long waiting time can be avoided by paying the fees one day before the application day. Because all the time is taken in the process of fee submission and taking token. Once inside the office the system is very smooth and efficient unless there is some technical issue. Most importantly one should know which regional office one should visit for making ones passport. Otherwise it will be waste of time and money. Check the image for the list of areas

Although the govt. is working hard to improve the working conditions of the government offices but passport office needs a lot of attention by the interior ministry. No of offices may be increased to facilitate the people. Help desk services should be increased. Advanced booking should be allowed so that only those people come for the passport office who have an appointment. Employees should be courteous to the people.

Fully controlled by agent mafia. General public require full day standing on their legs to complete the process. Poorly managed by lazzy administration. Horrible place, even you think to go there after 2-3 years.
