My experience

One of the worst experience I have ever had. To start with, online application for fee submission never works. After going through the whole process, it says your request can’t be processed. Fee submission by an easypaisa vendor who charges 300 extra and enters his customers out of the que. No separate counter for ladies and gents. No token number is followed, though token is manually entered. Overall in the time of technology the people have to suffer at the hands of poor management.

Building is impressive, office is good, staff services below average. Visited this office once in connection with my son's passport. Took challan vouchers from the office, went to national bank which was on a distance of 5 kilometers from the office. When we returned they told that the system is not working or is not connecting. After 4 hours system started working but was too slow. After waiting for another one hour our turn came and needful was completed. Very poor services I would simply say.
