Great stay! Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms, Quite, Loved the gym Stayed here in February 2017 for the first time and was given their best room. The hotel staff knew me by my name which was nice. They gave a lot of complimentary food directly into our hotel room which was amazing. Never had that experience. The food was great, clean hotel, professional staff, all spoke very good English. Gym was very nice too. It kind of took me by surprise at all the equipment they had in there. If I could have them change one thing; that'd be they should give discounts to repeated customers. I contacted the hotel via email as I want to stay there again but there is no chance of discounts here. Otherwise it is def a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately; we have to look at our pockets too and customer loyalty should be number 1 for Hotel Management; so I chose to give it 4 stars

Lovely aroma and environment in the hotel. Everything is quite clean and hygienic. The rooms are quite cozy and the furniture is quite comfortable, just that the deluxe rooms aren't big enough. The only downfall with Pearl Continental is that the food doesn't taste as good as it should. The prices of the food is quite high but the taste doesn't match the price which makes me give it a 4 star.

Excellent place. Rooms are tidy and cleanliness is superb. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Food quality in Chandni restaurant is too good. Must to eat!

Review

The stay was good. The reception staff was rude. Everything including food was overpriced and the main emphasis of the staff was to get more and more money out of the customer's pocket unethically.
