3rd purchase from this store and I'm absolutely turned off and never coming back again. Zero Customer service or ethics. I placed my 3rd order within 2 months and today I had to ask as to why they charged 300 rupees delivery fee when my home is less than 7km away and there was no satisfactory answer. So my total bill was 2,600 and I paid online 2,500 but the poor employee had to call me back and embarrassed me for 100 rupees. There are many businesses out there who know how to take care of regular customers, which includes my business too. Times have changed. The price we pay is for the experience and you guys did a great job in ruining it today. I wonder how come a business can be so stupid to try and earn money from services like delivery etc. Anyway. You just lost a regular customer for 100 rupees. Also, the prices of the products are not at all competitive. Bottom line is that you are not doing anything different. It's a shame.
