They are probably the worst airlines I have ever seen. Firstly they did not notify any of the passengers that they are not shipping their luggages on same flight and second they will surprise you when you have already arrived, that your luggages will be shipped on next flights. And they will say the plane is small and the passenger luggages are too many so we can’t ship all at same time.... AND your luggages will not be shipped may be on coming next 3 - 4 flights.. I finally got my cousin luggage after a week of his arrival. And for entire week he had to borrow clothing and other stuff. “Islamabad to Kabul” Come on PIA put some effort!!!

Its a big place but no modern facility like customer ticketing or intelligent space management

Pia is our national airline we love but the stuff is very crupt misbehave

You feel you came somewhere belongs to a but old age. We wish PIA gets the progressive reforms. Rest striving services.

Staff was good but still they have to improve . They are not giving full information about CPR test ..if they provide complete information a person traveling can save time and money.

Genuinely speaking despite all difficieny they do try to help passengers, Or may be this is just me. :) My personal experience with PIA overall is satisfactory. Yes lots of things need improvement but in given circumstances they are there to help within their capacity.

Only official pia booking center in isb. Queue system is by token number. Good experience while buying ticket. Good work keep it up.

Pathetic Customer Service!! There’s only one person sitting in the office to deal 20+ customers. I had to wait 1 hr to get my pre-booked ticket issued, one can make out his pace in dealing customers. At least have some young active customer agents who can resolve issues without being confused themselves.

It was not up to the mark. There are almost up to seven cabins for the public dealing —only TWO employees were there. As a result, I lasted a lot. However, both were cooperative.
