Rooms are okay, views are good, food is good, location is good too but the hotel is located at lake view road so all the traffic to and from lake saif ul mulook pass from here so in peak season you will sometime feel an unpleasant smell of diesel, But overall its a good place staty.

Rooms 1/5 Room Service 1/5 Food 2/5 Staff Cooperation 2/5 Services according to room Rent 1/5 Ambience 5/5 I stayed in this hotel on June 18, 2021 with seven of my friends. As much as my expectations were higher for this hotel, it turned out to be the exact opposite. There is nothing admirable about this hotel except a beautiful lawn. The rooms are small and smelly and the condition of the rooms is bad which needs immediate repair. There is a constant smell which comes from washroom to the room. There are no facilities according to the room rent. Hot water comes in for only 4 hours a day. Two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening despite of cold weather. There is no such thing as room service. I asked the room service for an extra glass of water to drink, but they flatly refused. And most importantly ... Breakfast is not included in the rent of the room. You will have to pay for breakfast separately. Therefore, I advise you not to stay in this hotel at any cost.
