Okara has no standards with it's crockery. It's the second place that I've visited and they are the same serving Low class material crockery. It's not okay if you provide ambiance or good food but good crockery matters alot. Food was good ✅ Staff service was good ✅ Ambiance was good ✅ Crockery was too bad ❌

Today on 14th august, I ordered a pizza deal. It was a very bad experience. Rotten ingredients were used which smelled from far away. When I complained to the staff, I got the reply that it was due to the rush. Meaning if there is a rush, you will feed people rotten food? If you can't manage the rush, limit the entry of customers instead of greed.

Honestly speaking taste is good, not over the top. But comparatively a good and ambient place to eat in the city. Sometimes it feels like, staff is being over smart and extra efficient, which you certainly don't need. I mean consumer wants its space to feel relaxed.
