Pizza Hut karachi Shara-e-Sher Shah Suri Road

Pathetic service. Crew is unaware how to handle the guests. U have to wait for long for any item u want. I recommend, not to go there.

Very bad ambience horrible food. The taste of pizza hut is absent. Worst service will never go there again

Place is good just to focus on some key indicator of customer service, pizza quality is same as all pizza hut, need to make more flavors of pizza and something new in it

Taste needs to improve, all pizzas state same. Many ingredients (garlic powder etc) were finished

Worst experience. On call they said that we will give you 50% discount on visa card, but when I reach to pick up order they charge full. I would not recommend ever anyone pizza hut.

Ordered from foodpanda. Mexican sandwitch. 80% bread. 5% meat and 5% cheese, 10% other ingredients. I dont think I have eaten a thicker worst sandwitch. Even the worst pizza place with the cheapest costing menu has more meat and cheese and I paid 500rs+ for this. It was like they took a pan pizza and just slapped an empty dough on top. A pan pizza by itself barely costs 200 in a deal.

Unfortunately the most pathetic brand for Pizza that is why we stop to order from Pizza hut. And alas after long time we give a try and all in vain. Incomplete order delivered and it's been more then 30 minutes no one is able to resolve our problem and deliver our complete order...
