The idea of one window operation is very good, but it fails to earn respect and appreciation of public due to its unprofessional and mis-behaved staff with conventional late arrival for duty, taking breakfast in office at 10am and neglecting the public while busy in there chit chat. I'm afraid, soon it will loose it uniqueness and become another bread of 'thana culture'. The authorities are requested to equipt these PAL centers with professional man-power with extensive training of public dealings and with politeness. People come here to be served,not to be humiliated.
