One of the oldest and well maintained public sector hospitals in Islamabad. It's crowded and all the surrounding spaces have been taken over by encroachers.
Poly Clinic is one of the oldest govt. hospitals in Islamabad. Visited after a long time things are poorly managed now even after a lot of changes. Emergency is shifted in house opposite to hospital man building. The separate patient receipt counter is at the main entrance (ladies and gents) which open towarss argentina park. Saff attitude is so so alike in givt offices. Ultrasound facility is not available for pvt patients. Even the lab is not capable of doing all sorts of blood test. Each OPD has their respective days which needs to be updated on digital profile of hospital.
One of the worst hospitals of Islamabad, don't take your loved ones here at all. They are badly under staffed. Visited their emergency section day before yesterday. It was a nightmare. Nobody cares for the patients. You can die right there staff won't bat an eyelid. Two female doctors and one male doctor were tending to both male and female wards having 30+ beds. Patients were even seated on wheel chairs and being treated as there were just not enough beds. Management should really scale up the facilities here to match the volume of patients coming in.
In front of Pharmacy there is total eight lines and only there are three or two person to assist Patient . Shame on management staff . Government just wasting there money on Doctors and Nurses . Koi Ensan ka qadar karo . Government hospital seraf gharebo ke liye hai baqe management ke staff khoud Priavte he jate hai shame shame on management and such a horrible action of concern Department and Officer's.
Looks ordinary from outside... but is a good Government Hospital...having very professional Doctors.. lower staff is very rude... area is very small... wards ate crowded... too much patients in wards... Overall a good Hospital..
