Government employees take more salary with perks as compared to employees of private companies but their behaviour with customer is very rude. Lack of Services at post office, procedures like they used to work in stoneage, no envelopes or proper packing stationery available to buy. To seal the envelope Dried out Glue was placed inside piece of plastic bottle with old tooth brush to apply. If you want to post some papers or ship collection of items you wont find any envelopes or boxes here. You need to go back & buy a box from market. After you put the stuff in box and write address. They will ask you to get it wrapped in cloth bag. They make things so difficult for customers that they regret visiting Post Office.

Imagine the receptionist didn't even reply to my Salam, what can you expect from them. I had to Waite for about 10 minutes to ask about my parcel , called him thrice but he didn't even looked at me. what a service Pakistan post. Applause please.
