They do not clean their equipment or machines regularly so the hygiene rating from me would be in the negatives. No ventilation either so it was very smelly. Very few machine's if you're interested in serious weight loss. Rates are appalling; 2000 membership plus 4000 to use the machines, 15,000 for a personal trainer. For the quality of the place and equipment, you're better off commuting to Islamabad for a much better gym than going here.
