Having stayed at comfort residency F-7 Islamabad, I could easily compare services between these two guest houses. From furniture to bedding to washroom to internet speed, prestige is a huge disappointment. I will give you one example. The room I was in, they had a phone that I could use to contact room service, kitchen etc. Just that the phone was disconnected and there was no wire connection in the room. The in house restaurant also looks and feels cheap. It looked like a $1 roadside Cafe and felt like it too. Avoid it like the plague!
