Nice and clean environment. City center. Easily approachable. Lacks toiletries. Food is not up to the standards. Staff need to learn basic customer relation skills.

I Stayed 5 Day At The Hotel, Ideal Location, Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Breakfast Was Brilliant. 1 downfall was, staff communucation was very poor as i spoke to Mr Faim Regarding my stay and fix a Rate and when mr faim was not on shift other staff was not willing to listen to me and i got bumped 500rupees! Its not a big deal 500rupees, butbits about the priciples & words that u agree to! Other then than i reccomend this hotel it is superb. Every hotel has up and down so dont let my 1 point put you off!
