Looks can be deceptive. It's a rundown place and need urgent attention to it's infrastructure. So on

Looks can be deceptive. It's a rundown place and need urgent attention to it's infrastructure. So one less star. Long story short I had to get some of my relatives from airport and decided to use newly opened ring road and running low on fuel. It was a tuff decision to refuel by looking it's current condition. So did not got tank full. But later found out quality is good can not say about quantity but it felt accurate. There are many 2 or 3 stars in reviews who should explain why? Maybe due to old structure. They even have a banner about fleet card is operable over GPRS. Have not tried that yet.
