Complaint Regarding Misconduct On the Phone

Dear Complaint Desk, I tried to make a query for PTDC Naran on your number, 051-9203223. But with due respect, there the guy spoke so insolently, and without manners. I called at 3:41 pm and first thing he said to me was this its my off time. Secondally his speech was not acceptable said to whom so ever you want to complaint just do that. PTDC is a reputed and prestigious property of our Government but with due respect such kind of things from a Government Employee, a public servant, who is there to entertain public if respond in such a way that is failure of mere PTDC which is there for public and run with public funds. I am looking forward for a kind response and prompt action on this. I am fully assure the call is on record you can check that or I can make it possible for you from my phone record history. Waiting for your kind response.
