A busy Government office where rush is experienced on every visit. Try to keep all necessary documents along with for quick processing. Long ques are expected and best time is to visit in early morning hours with start of office to avoid rush. Parking is an issue and documentation of required can be had from vendors sitting outside the office. The best thing is that fee etc is deposited at same office and the culture of all services under one roof are helpful to general public. However the delivery of documents through TCS, takes time which can be improved through little attention to rectify the grey areas, causing delays.

Staff is not punctual. We reached in office at 8 am but concern person came late. No check and balance by Punjab goverent for staff punctuality. Govn. Must impose biometric attendance.

Poor services, data entry operator was making so many mistakes. My bike engine capacity is 110cc but he wrote 150cc along with incorrect model name. He did not corrected even after highlighted.
