The staff isn't customer friendly. Had to ask five times to get towels and tissue in our room Hotel premises are low on maintenance. The restaurant area has flies roaming around and not even very clean. The rooms are good and bathrooms clean. Location of hotel is good and the views are amazing.

The location Punjab Hut has is beautiful and untouched beauty of nature can be observed from their rooms. The service is good. The food is good and we had nice experience overall. Although washrooms of rooms need to be more maintained.

Good location.Atmosphere was good though but It was such a disgusting experience. Staff was not co-operative.Rooms were pathetic.Dinner & lunch were not up to the standard with poor quality.We had to wait for 10-15 minutes for naan/Roti during meal.Brunch was very bad and tasteless.Plates were dirty too.There were miscalculations in billing.They were reacting rudely upon identification of mistakes.They were looting people like anything.Totally waste of money. Not recommended for families. Shameless service.

Mostly a nice experience except for the attitude of the management and miscalculated bills. Be ware of the management adding uninformed things to your bill. They'll react rudely upon identifying the miscalculations in the bills.

Nice place. Average maintenance, average resturant, average views, nice staff. Overall good quite place.
