For a day trip out of Muzaffarabad this is a great place, with spectacular views of the city below.

For a day trip out of Muzaffarabad this is a great place, with spectacular views of the city below. Provided the snow is not too thick one can simply walk and walk. A good vehicle is required to get up to this altitude which is approximately 2000 m above sea level. For your visit allow plenty of time but be warned the road traffic after 11:00hrs intensifies.
